Brokerage conditions:
The registration does not entitle searching actor(s) to any rights whatsoever. Registry will be invalid after three months from date of registry.
Our mediation fee is one months rent; excl. 19% VAT (with a maximum of 800,- euro excl. 19% VAT).
All our agreements are governed by the General Conditions as deposited with the Haarlem Chamber of Commerce, registry no. 34105528.
In the event of materialization of any rental agreement, the following documentation must be produced by searching actor(s): copy of indentification documents and recent proof of remuneration (incoming statements), as well as payment of mediation fees. The rental fees for the first month and the rental deposit must be transferred to the bank account of the owner/property manager prior to issuance of the rental agreement/contract.
